In Hydra, waste material of food digestion and nitrogenous waste material are removed from : -
A Mouth and mouth
B Body wall and body wall
C Mouth and body wall
D Mouth and tentacles

Detailed Solution

Hydra has a blind sac-like gastrovascular cavity with a single opening, the mouth (incomplete digestive system).
Undigested food is thrown out through the mouth.
Nitrogenous waste (mainly ammonia) is very soluble in water and diffuses out from the cells directly through the body wall into the surrounding water.
So undigested waste is removed from the mouth and nitrogenous waste from the body wall.
