Agreement

These terms govern your use of ksquareinstitute.com (“Ksquare Study”, “this site”), operated by Ksquare Career Institute, Ksquare Building, Kodigehalli, Bangalore – 560067.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are under 18, read them together with a parent or guardian.

What the site is

A question bank and practice platform for NEET UG, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and Foundation level study. It provides chapterwise questions, previous year questions, timed practice, mock tests and chapter notes, with worked solutions.

It is a self-study resource. It is not a course, it does not include teaching, and it is separate from the coaching programmes offered by Ksquare Career Institute at ksquareinstitute.in.

It is free

Access to the question bank, mock tests and notes is free and requires no payment. We take no card details and operate no subscription on this site.

We may in future introduce optional paid features. If we do, anything already free stays free, and paid features will be clearly marked as such before you use them.

Your account

• An account is optional. You can practise fully without one.
• Give accurate registration details and keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Do not share logins or use another person’s account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed by someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your attempt history with it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Interfere with the site, its security, or its availability to other students.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or admin areas that are not yours.
• Upload or submit anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, or infringing someone’s rights — including through the report-a-problem form or a leaderboard display name.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, submit attempts, or inflate leaderboard positions.
• Misrepresent the site as your own, or as endorsed by an examination body.

Bulk copying and scraping

You may use the material here freely for your own study. Print a page, screenshot a solution, work through a chapter with a friend — all fine, and the point of the site.

What is not permitted is systematic extraction: scraping the question bank with automated tools, downloading it in bulk, or republishing substantial parts of it — whether on another website, in printed material, in an app, or as part of a commercial product.

Coaching institutes and teachers are welcome to point students at this site. Lifting the bank into your own material is a different thing, and we will act on it.

Who owns the content

Original questions, worked solutions, chapter notes, explanatory text, design and code on this site belong to Ksquare Career Institute or its licensors, and are protected by copyright.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for your own study.

Previous year questions

Previous year questions reproduced on this site originate from publicly released examination papers. Rights in those papers rest with the respective examination authorities, including the National Testing Agency and any other body conducting the exam concerned.

They are reproduced here for educational and study purposes, with our own solutions and classification added. If you are a rights holder and believe something here should not be published, write to us and we will act on it promptly.

Leaderboard

• Appearing on the leaderboard is optional and off until you turn it on.
• Choose a display name suitable for a site used by school students. We may change or remove names that are not.
• Positions are based on recorded attempts. Attempts we believe to be automated, duplicated or otherwise manipulated may be discounted and the account removed from the board.
• The leaderboard is a motivational feature, nothing more. It carries no prize and reflects nothing about your likely exam performance.

No guarantee of results

Using this site does not guarantee any score, rank, percentile, seat or admission. Your results depend on your own preparation and on factors entirely outside our control.

Accuracy percentages, weak-chapter analysis and leaderboard positions on this site are indicators drawn from your practice here. They are not predictions, and they should not be treated as one.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, hosting problems, and faults can interrupt it without notice.

Content changes. Questions are added, corrected and occasionally withdrawn; chapters are restructured; tests are replaced. We do not guarantee that any specific question, test or note will remain available. Do not rely on this site as your only copy of anything.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, or that is being used in a way that harms the platform or other students. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ksquare Career Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this free site, including loss of study time, lost data, or examination outcomes.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
