Microtubules are absent in : -
A Mitochondria
B Flagella
C Spindle fibres
D Centriole

Detailed Solution

Microtubules are hollow tubes of tubulin. They form the axoneme of cilia and flagella (9 + 2), the spindle fibres, and the centrioles and basal bodies (9 triplets).
Mitochondria are double membrane-bound organelles with cristae and matrix; they do not contain microtubules.
So microtubules are absent in mitochondria.
