C Mitochondria and Ribosome
D Chloroplast and Lysosome

Detailed Solution

Mitochondria and chloroplasts are semi-autonomous organelles. They contain their own circular DNA (extranuclear chromosomes), ribosomes (70S) and protein synthesising machinery.
Peroxisomes, ribosomes and lysosomes do not contain DNA.
So extranuclear chromosomes occur in chloroplasts and mitochondria.
