Detailed Solution

Secretin and cholecystokinin (CCK) are peptide hormones secreted by the cells of the duodenal mucosa when acidic chyme from the stomach enters the duodenum.
Secretin acts on the exocrine pancreas and stimulates the secretion of water and bicarbonate ions, which neutralise the acid.
Cholecystokinin acts on both the pancreas and the gall bladder; it stimulates the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and the release of bile.
The stomach secretes gastrin, and the oesophagus secretes no hormones.
So secretin and cholecystokinin are secreted in the duodenum.
