R and S enantiomers differ in :

R and S enantiomers differ in :
A Rotation of plane polarised light
B Solubility in achiral solvent
C Chemical properties
D Dipole moment

Detailed Solution

Enantiomers (R and S forms) are non-superimposable mirror images.
They have identical physical and chemical properties in an achiral environment: same melting point, boiling point, solubility in achiral solvents, dipole moment and reactivity with achiral reagents.
They differ only in the direction in which they rotate plane polarised light: one is dextrorotatory and the other laevorotatory, by the same amount (and in their reactions with other chiral substances).
So R and S enantiomers differ in the rotation of plane polarised light.
