Solution

A chloroplast has a double membrane (outer and inner) enclosing a matrix called the stroma.
Inside the stroma there is a system of flattened membranous sacs called thylakoids. Stacks of thylakoids form grana, joined by stroma lamellae.
Chlorophyll and the other photosynthetic pigments, arranged in photosystems, are present in the thylakoid membranes. The light reactions take place here.
The stroma contains the enzymes of the dark reaction (Calvin cycle), but not chlorophyll.
So chlorophyll is present in the thylakoids.
