Solution

A full wave rectifier gives one output pulse for each half cycle of the input, i.e. two pulses per input cycle.
So in a full wave rectifier, ripple frequency $= 2 \times$ source frequency.
$= 2 \times 50 = 100$ Hz
(For a half wave rectifier, the ripple frequency equals the source frequency, 50 Hz.)
