Which factor is responsible for inhibition of enzymatic process during feedback :In feedback inhibition, the end product of a metabolic pathway inhibits an enzyme acting early in the pathway (usually an allosteric enzyme).
When the end product accumulates, the pathway slows down; when it is used up, the pathway restarts. For example, isoleucine inhibits threonine deaminase.
So the end product is responsible for inhibition during feedback.
