Which one of the following pairs of plants are not seed producers : -Seeds are produced only by gymnosperms and angiosperms (spermatophytes).
A fern is a pteridophyte and Funaria is a moss (bryophyte). Both reproduce by spores and do not produce seeds.
Ficus (fig) and Punica (pomegranate) are angiosperms and Pinus is a gymnosperm, all of which produce seeds. Chlamydomonas is an alga and does not produce seeds, but it is paired with Ficus.
So the pair in which neither plant produces seeds is fern and Funaria.
